Situated on the picturesque Lake Flower, our camp boasts a legal boat launch right on the premises, allowing you to easily embark on exciting boating excursions. With four fully separate units, we can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an excellent choice for large families and …groups.

The main house features two distinct upper and lower level apartments, each equipped with two bedrooms (1 king & 2 twins) and one bathroom. Enjoy the stunning water views from the screened porches, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchens, and take advantage of the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities.

For added privacy, we offer a separate studio sleeping cottage (1 queen) with its own kitchenette, private full bath, and a cozy living/sleeping area. Additionally, the garage loft provides additional sleeping space with two full-size futons (please note that there is no attached bathroom in the garage loft) 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in total.

Conveniently located just two miles from Saranac Lake village center, our camp ensures easy access to nearby grocery stores, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment options, while still providing a secluded haven on a tranquil gravel road. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Lake Flower with its breathtaking 180-degree views that surround the camp.

There is plenty of parking, with garage parking for two vehicles and additional space for five cars and a boat trailer. The private boat launch and boat house make it convenient for you to explore the lake at your leisure.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide all the necessities you need, including linens, towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, water toys, fishing gear, grill, and even two kayaks.

About Us: My sisters and I purchased Camp KC in the fall of 2022. We spent our childhood years visiting the Adirondacks with our grandparents. We hope Camp KC provides you with lifelong memories of the ADKs.

Why our property is special: Our property is suited for large groups or multiple families. The two fully equipped units with kitchens and in-unit laundry provide space to enjoy the camp as large groups.
