Completely remodeled lakeside cabin - ranch style home located on 1.8 acres with 165ft private beach, in the Southern Adirondacks, Town of Broadalbin - on The Great Sacandaga Lake. Great cabin to come rest, relax and enjoy the sunsets, with magnificent mountain views.

This home has all upscale finishes, but with the cozy cabin Adirondack feel. All the living space is on one floor and very spacious. Perfect spot for your Adirondack adventures.

Inside: Livingroom, great room, full kitchen wi …th island, enclosed front screen porch, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms - master includes king bed, tv, walk in closet full bath. 2nd Bedroom includes bunkbed full & single and closet. 3rd bedroom queen and closet, with lakeview. Multiple smart TV's, Wi-Fi, etc.

Outside: Lakeside/front property short walk down to beach enjoy the views, sunsets, etc. There is not a dock at this time, but the Broadalbin Town Boat Launch is less than 5min drive, for you boaters. Wooden deck with lake views, patio table, fire pit, large front and rear lawn, plenty of parking for trailers, boats, snowmobiles, etc. We also have RV power outlet box 50amp, 20amp gcfi receptacles, but this will require a phone conversation for permitted usage.

*Important Note: While the inside is completely new and finished the outside of property is still in final stages, hence the reduced pricing. We are hopeful to have the outside completed but there's no guarantees that the log siding will be installed, outdoor shower and the lawn will be completed (weather & timing dependent). As for the beach area, water shoes are recommended, water levels change as this lake is a reservoir, so this can affect the shoreline and sitting area. We have kayaks and life jackets to be use at your own risk and swimming at your own risk.

Weekly rental only or longer, exceptions will be entertained. Terms: Sunday to Sunday with Check-in 4pm (unless we can provide earlier) and check out by 11am. We are open to longer rental terms - if you require more than weekly. Please contact for rates as varies by season and to accommodate special request - rates avg $2,000 - $2,500 weekly.

Cleaning Policy: Cabin is professionally cleaned after each guest. Guests are expected to leave the property neat, clean and orderly, as you found it. Before check-out guests are required to strip beds, load & run dishwasher, load and wash towels, remove all food and trash. A cleaning fee will be charged if there's extra cleaning required.

Linen Policy: Bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and swim towels. Bring your own toiletries.

Security Deposit Information: To reserve: A 50% deposit will be required to secure booking. Full payment and security deposits will be required 30 days prior to reservation date. No refunds for cancellations with-in 2 weeks of your check in date, unless we can find a replacement guest. Payment options Venmo, Cash App, Zelle (paper check is optional). Provide a copy of driver's license, no renter underage of 26 - no large parties or special events.
