Take a refreshing swim from the private walk-in sandy beach, enjoy the spectacular southern view all the way down 4th lake with McCauley mountain as your back drop. Then see the most perfect sunsets you can wish for at days end from an elevated deck attached to the lakeside of the cabin. You are just a short walk or quick drive to Eagle Bay or Inlet, with Old Forge and Big Moose and Ra …quette Lake just minutes away.
The cottage is comfortably furnished for your enjoyment with a full kitchen at your disposal. WiFi and TV are included. 3 bedrooms: Master with a queen and 2 twins in the others. 6 person maximum occupancy along with 2 parking spots. There is no smoking in the cabin and no pets allowed. There are beach chairs, paddles boards, kayaks and a paddle boat for your enjoyment as well as a fire pit and charcoal grill.

Rates

Memorial day weekend thru Sept 30th is $2000 weekly, Saturday to Saturday. October rates are $1800 per week. Individual days, if available are $350 per night, 2 night minimum, with a $250. security deposit. Check in is 3PM or later, Check out is 10AM. Payments: Half down plus security at reservation (unless booking is within 2 weeks of reservation, then entire amount due) Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: 50% rental deposit returned if cancelled more than 30 prior to check in, $0 if less than 30 days. 100% of the security deposit returned for any cancellation. Discounted rates available prior to Memorial day and after Sept 30th. Also: Now booking for summer 2024

Cleaning Policy: Housekeeping: You will receive the property in nice clean condition, it must be left just that way upon your departure or cleaning fees will be deducted from your security deposit. Some cleaning supplies will be provided for your use. Outside grounds, beach, beach toys, boats, etc., fire pit and grill also need to be left in good clean condition and everything put away. Bathroom, shower, toilet, sinks and counters, as well as the inside of the refrigerator must be all cleaned and wiped down. floors and carpet will need to be mopped and vacuumed.
Linen Policy: Linens, bedding and towels: There are none provided, you must bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. There is a laundromat just down the street if you need one.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit is $500. which will be returned within a week of your stay after the property is checked for cleanliness and organization.
