Pet Policy: We love good dog owners. Because some of our guests have pet allergies, you must vacuum the entire house and pick up waste from the yard before departure. We do not allow any other animals in the house!!
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside & no butts in the yard, please.
Cleaning Policy: Our home is kept spotlessly clean, and Team Adirondack-Vacation takes tremendous pride in ensuring that it is perfect for every guest. There is a cleaning fee and the home will be ready for your arrival.
-Before checking out on the last day, guests must make sure the home is left in good condition.
-We do NOT have video cameras at our properties! We respect your privacy; please respect our homes!
Linen Policy: The following items are minimally supplied (only enough to get you started): toilet paper, paper towels, dish & laundry soap. We do not supply shampoo, body soaps, or kitchen spices. Bedsheets, washcloths, and bath towels are provided for the full occupancy of the home. We do not provide hand towels or beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: Non-Refundable Damage Protection Fee: It covers accidental damages to furniture, appliances, electronic devices, windows, doors, and any resource of the home up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500 guests agree to cover the difference.
