The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas stove, utensils, glassware and dish ware. The vaulted living area has comfortable leather furnishings around the stone gas fireplace and a window seat overlooking the wooded side yard.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the main floor, conveniently located for those who may have difficulty climbing stairs, and a great option for families traveling with elderly parents or anyone with limited mobility. A private, covered balcony is right off the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or to enjoy the view! The room also has a large closet.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has a King bed, desk and 2 closets; the other bedroom has a Queen bed, private balcony overlooking the fire pit and side yard and closet.
The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, dresser, closet and night stands.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs.
The Game Room is located on the lower level and features a Foosball table, sofas and large Smart TV.
The expansive deck spanning the length of the house is accessible by 2 sets of French doors on the main level and has a Trex dining set and rocking chairs. The wooded view is serene and peaceful.
Outside, situated just off the covered back patio, is a 5-person hot tub and Trex Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. A charcoal park-style BBQ is also outside.

Cleaning fee covers full, deep cleaning and sanitizing of the home and hot tub
Linen Policy:
Sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows and bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided. You may wish to bring beach towels for the hot tub and nearby beach.
Security Deposit Information:
Non-Refundable Damage Protection Fee covers accidental damages to furniture, appliances, electronic devices, windows, doors, and any resource of the home up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500 guests agree to cover the difference.
