Legacy Lodge provides three separate rooms with beds and a loft for sleeping. The dining room and living room open floor plan lends itself to wonderful evenings of relaxation, large flat screen TV for movie watching, book reading or board game playing. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, triple sink, gas stove, two microwaves, toaster and a coffee bar. The wrap around windows just feet away from the lake provides beautiful panoramic views. Continue onto the tiered deck and …enjoy the bird watching and listen for the beautiful loon calls that make you feel like you truly got away from it all. Don't forget your camera to catch the lake's breathtaking backdrop in all seasons. Next, enjoy swimming from the dock and then play with the toys in the boathouse. 1 two person Kayak, 2 one person Kayaks and 1 two person canoe. Remember to bring your S'mores supplies to cook over the outdoor fireplace in the evening after watching the sunset from the private dock. Rates

The total rental amount of the minimum 7 day rental period is $2825.00 + Cleaning Fee of $150.00.
Rental money, including the security/damage deposit and cleaning fee is fully refundable up until one month prior to rental period; 50% refundable between one month and one week prior to rental period; and No refund if cancellation within 7 days of rental period. A refund could be granted only if we are able to rebook the home. A $250.00 cancellation fee will be charged regardless of rebooking. Pet Policy: No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the home or garage. Please use cans or ashtrays to avoid littering the grounds when smoking outside. Smoking is also prohibited on homeowner supplied watercraft.
Cleaning Policy: Although the premises will be cleaned by cleaning personnel after the guests vacate the property, the guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean and ready to rent condition defined by the homeowner as being immediately habitable by the next guests.
The guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period. Garbage & rinsed recyclables must be separated. Recyclables and Garbage may be left in plastic kitchen trash bags in the attached garage.
Linen Policy: At the end of your stay:
Leave bedding, the cleaning staff will take care of it.
Additional Sheets if needed:
1st Floor Guest will find additional sheets in Toy Box in room
2nd Floor Bedroom and Futon bed will find additional sheets in upstairs bathroom on white shelves
Extra Pillow cases on white shelves in upstairs bathroom.
Security Deposit Information: The security deposit is $500.00. After departure, the owner will complete an inspection and any damages will be deducted from your security deposit. The balance will be returned to you via check. After departure there is no refund or rain dates for days unused.
Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The guests agree that the homeowner shall deduct the costs of said services from the security/damage deposit prior to refund if the guests cause damage to their premises or its furnishings. In the event that damage or excessive cleaning costs in excess of the amount of security deposit are incurred by the homeowner, the tenant shall be liable for those costs. Security deposits (minus applicable deductions) will be returned to tenant approximately 14 days subsequent to the rental period ending, should all conditions of the rental agreement be satisfied.
