You have found the quintessential Adirondack Cabin, located on 16 acres, with wooded and grassy areas. A 1/2 mile from the snowmobile trail system, one mile from Sacandaga Lake, and only two miles from Lake Pleasant, and the LP Golf Course. This beautiful cabin features two bedrooms, with two additional beds in the partially finished basement. We supply all linens and towels. Propane for the gas grill, and always a spare, just in case. We ask that you respect our policy of no more than four gues …ts, and we ask that there are no visitors. When staying at that cabin, think On Golden Pond, not The Jersey Shore. It's a quiet area, and although our neighbors are not on top of each other, we like to respect everyone's right to quiet. After all, it's the Adirondacks :-)

Pet Policy: We offer a safe, pet free, friendly environment, for all of those who suffer from pet allergies. The cabin has not seen a cat or dog in well over three years. We ask that you please respect this as family members have pet allergies, as do some of our return guests, who choose the cabin, partially, because it's a safe environment for them.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind, inside, or within 50 feet of the cabin.
Cleaning Policy: We hire a cleaning service, and we DO NOT CHARGE a cleaning fee. However, if the cabin is left in really bad shape, that takes extra time, will will deduct that from the security deposit. All we ask is that you put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and run it prior to your departure.
Linen Policy: We supply all linens and towels.
Security Deposit Information: Security is 50% of your stay, due at time of booking. Your security will be returned within 48 hours of your departure, once the cabin has been checked for any damage and/or missing items. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, we reserve the right to keep half of your security deposit. If you cancel more than 7 days, you will receive a full refund. If we are able to rebook, you will receive a full refund. 100% of your stay is due three days prior to your arrival.
