Antlers Oasis is a newly renovated waterfront camp, part of the original Antlers resort. This clean, serene property contains three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The bathroom features beautifully tiled tub/shower, stone counter and shiny new fixtures. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new LG appliances: large capacity refrigerator, dish washer, range and microwave. A coffee grinder, coffee maker and pour over coffee pot are supplied. All kitchen cupboard items are available. …Stone kitchen counter has elevated portion with bar seating. The cozy family room opens from the bar seating for living ease and additional gazing upon the lake. Private sand beach for swimming, boat docking on site as well as room for your kayak or canoe on the 150 ft. shoreline.

Rates

$2500.00 per week July through Labor Day. Weekly rentals only during this time period.

After Labor Day through October: $2000.00 per week. Short term, three night minimum stays will be considered during this time at $350.00 per night. Please email your inquiry.

Saturday-Saturday Rental. Check in at 4 PM on the day of arrival and check out is 11 AM on the day of departure.

Cleaning Policy: Renters expected to do a full cleaning before departure. Please clean bathrooms, floors and carpets. Vacuum and cleaning supplies will be in front closet. Additional cleaning supplies under kitchen and bath sinks. We sanitize between each renter. Refrigerator must be left empty. All trash and recyclables to be removed. Raquette Lake transfer center is open daily from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Linen Policy: Bring own linens for 3 queen sized beds, 8 pillow cases. Clean mattress pads, pillow protectors and quilts will be available for each new renter. Bring your own bath, beach and kitchen towels.

Security Deposit Information: $500.00 security deposit to reserve dates. The $500.00 deposit is due upon booking time. The full rental amount is due four weeks prior to your stay. Security deposit will be returned approximately two weeks after departure assuming the camp is clean and there is no damage. Security deposit may be retained by the owner in the event the reservation is cancelled less than eight days before expected arrival.

About Us: We have been attached to Raquette Lake and the Adirondack region for most of our lives. Since our teen and young adult years we have held jobs and been business owners in the region. We have spent a great deal of time loving and exploring the region and hold a deep love for it.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Raquette Lake: The inimitable Raquette lake is a special place that words cannot easily convey. The 99 miles of shoreline are a joy to explore per canoe or kayak. Raquette holds a special place in history that can be witnessed at the village, Camp Pine Knot, The Antlers, Sagamore, churches St. Williams and St. Hubert's. Woods and wildlife abound in this peaceful setting.

Why our property is special: Part of the old Antlers Resort. You will enjoy the peaceful setting both indoors and out. The clean and well planned interior blends with the lovely land and lake setting. One can explore the land and lake by day, then enjoy quiet dinners in the evening and possibly retire to the outdoor fireplace and lean-to area for talks around the fire.
