Conveniently located to professional mountain biking trails, hiking trails, snowmobiling trails, swim beaches on pristine Adirondack lakes and only 1 mile outside the town of Old Forge. Easy Snowmobiling access to town of Webb trails! Hop on your sled and go! This secluded location, situated on a 5 acre wooded lot with a private driveway offers the tranquility of a mountain retreat, but the accessibility to all activities the area has to of …fer. Our home is perfect for 2-3 couples or a small family looking to get away and enjoy peace and quiet in the Adirondacks. You will enjoy quaint shops, great restaurants, local grocery store, brewery, boat rentals, water park, Old Forge Beach, go-carts, miniature golf, mountain bike trails, various levels of hiking trails, kayaking, and stunning sunset views. All within a 5 min car ride.There is a large master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and twin bed, a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed, and full size bed in loft area. There is a game room and second living room in the basement. There are 2 full bathrooms, one is upstairs off the master bedroom and the other is on the main floor. The Living room on main floor has a fire place and 55" TV, and the loft area on the second floor has a gas fire place, and TV. There is a desk/work space with high speed internet. You Tube TV and live stream apps are available on all TV's. Propane grill also included excluding late Fall and Winter.

Please do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. All trash must be removed from property upon departure.

“From the moment we set foot in Camp Dakota, we felt at home! It was spotlessly clean, cozily decorated for the season, and comfortably set with everything you need to feel relaxed. It is conveniently located only 5 minutes away from Old Forge main street, yet utterly peaceful and quiet when you are at camp. Everything you need is right there: and it is definitely one of the nicest pet-friendly rentals we have ever stayed in. It is a privilege to have been able to have our family dog with us in such a nice home. The gas stove in the loft area makes it extra warm and cozy, especially when the afternoon sun is streaming through the large windows looking into the forest that surrounds the camp. The beds were so comfortable, and the comforters and fleece throw blankets cozy and warm for those chilly Adirondack nights. The owners (Susan and Steve) were great communicators and we knew that if we needed anything, they were easy to reach (or the house manager). Even the private road and driveway were kept plowed and clear during the several snowstorms we had. What a joy! Would love to come back and stay during other seasons as well: lots of activities to do there, and many hikes to consider. Thank you for sharing such a gem of an Adirondack camp!”

“We had a great get away at Camp Dakota. The cabin was so inviting and comfortable. It felt like home after being there for just a few minutes. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for all. The rental process was so easy. Definitely check this one out, we are already talking about the next time!! Thanks so Steve and Susan!”
