-Pets are not allowed on any furniture, that includes beds and couches despite any rules they may have at home. They must be crated when left alone at the house, leashed when outside and cleaned up after. We understand everyone has the best behaved dog but they all do funny things in new places. These rules are for the protection of the property
Smoking Policy: There is no smoking on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a forfeit of the security deposit.
Cleaning Policy: Any cleaning fees are for making sure the house is in the same condition for each guest arrival. It does not cover cleaning up after guests who haven't done dishes, picked up garbage or haven't followed checkout instructions.

About Us: We have been family owned for over 30 years and plan to keep it that way for 30 more. We have been renting and sharing our chalet long before short term rentals was a buzz word but have carefully updated and maintained the property to make sure it continues to be an enjoyment.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in North Creek: There are a variety of activities year round in North Creek and even more adventure and fun is within a short driving distance to our chalet.

Why our property is special: Chris has been coming to the chalet for over 30 years and has carried on that tradition with his own wife and kids. We have had the opportunity to share it with our family friends and hope to share it with others as well.
