Come enjoy our family oriented cozy camp with seasonal views of First Lake, part of the Fulton Chain of lakes. Nestled into the mountainside, our 4 season camp features 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with full mattress below), 1.5 bathrooms, living and kitchen area as well as a screened garage hang out. Guests can expect an Adirondack experience with serene mountainside hiking behind the camp, use of the natural rock fire pit, a short walk to the water with shared Beach access, and plen …ty of entertainment in town less than 2 miles away. Trail 4 is steps outside the door for easy access to snowmobile trails. Our camp can house 2 sleds in a covered garage. It features a mud room for hanging gear and storing equipment. Come relax and enjoy our beautiful camp as much as we do.

Pet Policy: House trained dogs are welcome at our camp for an additional $25 per animal and approval. We do expect that dogs are leashed on walks and only use the launch area at the beach. Dogs are NOT allowed on the Hollywood Hills Beach area, LAUNCH ONLY! Please clean up after your dog.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the camp. Guests are welcome to smoke responsibly in the screened in garage area or outdoors. Please discard of butts appropriately.

Cleaning Policy: $100.00 cleaning service is added to every rental. Personal linens stripped and mattresses left with coverings as found. No garbage or recyclables to be left behind at all.

Linen Policy: Guests must supply their own sheets and pillowcases. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin. Guest must also supply their own towels and toiletries.

Security Deposit Information: We require a $250 security deposit, this is refundable provided there is no damage done.

About Us: We live in the Finger Lakes region and have enjoyed the Adirondacks our entire lives. It was our dream to create a camp for our growing girls and continue our family's legacy in Old Forge. We are active members of the Hollywood Hills Property Owner's Association and help out with all fundraisers and community engagement.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in First Lake: Our camp provides a private oasis nestled in a mountainside for nature watching and listening. It is just out of town and provides serenity and privacy but close enough to all the action.

Why our property is special: Our property is our family's legacy and connection to the Adirondacks. It is our home away from home.
