Relax on the dock, take a dip in the sandy bottom lake or swim out to the floating dock and enjoy the refreshing pristine waters of one of the Adirondack's cleanest lakes! Our Wolf Den boasts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with a gas cooktop range and plenty of counter and storage space for all your cooking needs. The large dining area accommodates 10 guests, and our living room and family room offer room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of lakeside fun.
For entertainment, the lower level offers theater seating for rainy day movies, games, a ping pong table, hi speed internet, and a smart tv- there is something for everyone to enjoy.
This lakefront retreat includes 2 kayaks, a canoe, a pedal boat and a SUP for your enjoyment. The large yard offers plenty of space for lawn games and fun for all ages.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Tupper Lake and a short distance to the local brewery! Spend the day at Little Wolf public beach .5 miles or just a 10 minute easy walk (Lifeguards, Snack Bar, Boat Launch), or bike or walk a short half mile to the ADK Sky Center Observatory for star gazing, We are 3 miles to Tupper Lake shopping, and local restaurants, 6 miles to the Wild Center Natural Sciences Museum. And if golf is your game, Tupper Lake has a beautiful public golf course.
Little Wolf Beach has a public boat launch - you can launch your boat and dock at our dock at the Wolf Den.
For anglers looking to find a good fishing spot - Little Wolf Pond offers walleye, northern pike, yellow perch and pumpkinseed.
For those looking for more adventure, Saranac Lake is a 20 minute drive and Lake Placid is 40 minutes - home to many high peak adventures. (hiking, canoeing, kayaking and more)
If winter is your season of choice, this is the perfect place to stay. We are centrally located to Adirondack winter fun. Cross country ski trails in and around Tupper Lake or a short 40 minutes from Lake Placid area for all Olympic village sports. There is ample parking in our driveway for your snow mobile trailer.
A great home base for large group or 2 families to stay and enjoy the Adirondacks.

OFF SEASON:
September 7 - October 14: $550 per night (3 Night Minimum)
October 15 - May 30: $480 per night (2 Night Minimum)

Holiday Rates:
Christmas/New Years: $590 per night (4 night minimum)
Eclipse Weekend: $650 per night (4 night minimum)

Refundable security deposit for weekend stay is $500 to be returned within 7 days after stay.


Rate includes the 5% Franklin County Occupancy tax.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to your arrival date.

We wanted to share our family retreat with with other families who love having a base camp and enjoy spending time together. Why we think you will enjoy staying in Tupper Lake: Little Wolf Lake is a beautiful lake to spend time with family and friends and relax in the Adirondacks. We are located in Tupper Lake and central to so many beautiful lakes, rivers, ponds, hiking trails and towns. Private, peaceful with comforts of home - right on the water. Tupper Lake offers wonderful restaurants, shopping, outdoor events all year long, and plenty of hiking, fishing, boating and activities for the whole family.
