Smoking Policy: Please no smoking or vaping inside the house or on the property. A $250.00 additional cleaning fee will be assessed for cigarette butts littered outside on the property.
Cleaning Policy: Bears Den Lodge will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. A small checklist of specific instructions for items such as trash removal, dishes, and other small items will be provided. Any unexpected excessive cleaning necessary will be deducted from your security deposit. Cleaning fee is $300.00 to be added to final bill paid by tennant.
Linen Policy: Please plan on bringing your own linens. A linen service is available for an additional fee of $300.00
Security Deposit Information: $750 Security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Security Deposit and half of the rental rate due upon reservation. Balance due within 30 days of arrival.
