Cleaning Policy: $125 cleaning fee to cleaner. Please leave the house neat with dishes put away counters wiped. Trash and recycling to town facility. Please strip beds that have been used and leave sheets at foot of bed. The cleaner does all the laundry and a thorough clean of the whole house after each rental.

Linen Policy: Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels for both shower and lake.

Security Deposit Information: $500 refundable security and damage deposit
