There's plenty of seating - four at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table. Full size laundry is located off the kitchen near the powder room. Walking out to the screened porch, you'll see another stone fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a dining table for four. When you get to the expansive covered front porch, you'll see classic Adirondack chairs and other seating; sit down, relax, you're at Blue Mountain Lake.

Back inside, the large lakefront primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed (Casper mattress), reading lights over the bed, and oversize windows. The attached bath is a true retreat, offering custom tile, heated floors, and an oversize shower complete with standard and rain shower fixtures. Upstairs, a bedroom has a desk and seating area, making the room flexible to your needs. The Room & Board convertible sofa becomes a full size bed and has a mattress topper for additional comfort. A blue and white hall bath has a tub/shower and built in linen closets, providing plenty of storage. A large and bright Queen bedroom has a reading area by the window and a substantial closet. The lakefront Queen bedroom offers large windows, reading lights over the bed and ample storage; its attached bathroom has a beautiful shower with stone and exposed wood.

When you make your way to the walkout basement, you'll want to get comfortable on the oversize sectional. A nearby game table is perfect for puzzles, card games, or art projects with the kids. A full bath is down the hall. The studio apartment is thoughtfully designed and as you enter from the door to the outside patio, there is a comfortable seating area with large windows, a well-stocked kitchenette (including dishwasher, two-burner stovetop and refrigerator), and a table for two. Behind the three-quarter wall offering privacy for the sleeping alcove (Queen bed), a full size closet and dresser provide ample storage. The attached bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower featuring custom tile work and both standard and rain head fixtures.

“What a delightful experience and wonderful stay in this gorgeous home! From the booking communication with the Owners to the above and beyond guest service throughout our stay and the prompt return of our security deposit- every detail was considerate, well planned and enjoyable. The house is fabulous. Our extended family of 8 are cooks - we lacked for nothing. Every appliance, pot, pan and utensil was stocked plus assorted pantry basics. The bedrooms were well appointed , sleeping bed and high chair for our 1yo granddaughter were set up ahead, the yard was manicured and barefoot ready as was the fire pit and dock. The home is designed for multi generation relaxing. Lots of space to spread out, play board games (several provided), read a book looking out on the lake, fish/swim/boat or toast smores and listen to loons. We can't wait to return. If you are looking for a stunning spot to host a reunion big or small in a spectacular setting with hosts that define the best of hosting- this is the spot!”
