This beautiful cabin features two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with twin beds, a bunk room that sleeps 4-6, and a private upstairs bedroom atop a charming spiral staircase with a full-sized bed. All rooms lead to the attractive Great Room with its wood-burning stone fireplace and overstuffed couches and chaise lounge. The house comes with a wide … selection of board games, video library and full Wi-Fi and a host of video screens/TVs with Roku.

The open dining room leads from the great room to the kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster, microwave, gas stove/oven, full refrigerator). You can take advantage of our deluxe grill by grilling dinner and enjoying the Adirondack air on the beautiful, expansive patio at the outdoor dining area stocked with Adirondack Chairs and a view of the lake.

Enjoy your day at the private sandy beach (250 feet of beachfront) just a brief walk (approximately 250 feet) down the driveway, or a beautiful town beach minutes away in the Town of Schroon (approximately 10-to-15-minute walk on sidewalk).

For recreation, the home comes equipped with 4 road bikes, tennis and pickle board racquets, golf clubs with hand carts, 2 kayaks with life preservers, private beach, flotation devices/tubing, extra-large deck, grill, smokeless wood fire pit with fire wood, dock space for one boat (extra charge for dock space). Town golf course is approximately a mile away along Hoffman Road. Town pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, movie theater, restaurants, town store, supermarket, small concert hall and ball fields are a 10-to-15-minute walk on sidewalk.
