Relax and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the foothills of the Adirondacks on the shore of Kayuta Lake in Remsen, NY. The cabin is the only home on 11 wooded acres, surrounded by undeveloped forest, and has almost 400ft. of private waterfront. Modeled in the Adirondack style to create a unique and peaceful getaway, it is just 30 steps out the front door to the sandy shore of Kayuta Lake. It is the ultimate in woodland privacy during all four seasons.

*You must be 25 yea …rs old or older to book this property and provide a list of names & ages of the guests. The person reserving the property must be present for the duration of the rental period.

*Occupancy* The camp's maximum day-time occupancy is 12 people and maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. The use of the camp for large gatherings or events is strictly prohibited.

*Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. EST. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rate adjustments for late check-in or early departure.
*Check-Out* Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. EST to ensure the property is cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guest.

*Firewood* New York state law states that untreated firewood may not be imported into NY from any other state or country. Also, untreated firewood grown in New York state may not be transported more than 50 miles (linear distance) from its source of origin unless it has been heat-treated. We therefore recommend that you purchase firewood within 50 miles of the camp.

*Dock and swimming* The camp provides a dock for guest use, but no boating equipment is provided. The water off the dock is shallow, so for your own safety please do not permit anyone to dive off the dock.

May 25- September 2, 2024 rates are $400.00 per night with a 7 day minimum.
September 3- December 21, 2024 rates are $375.00 per night with a five night minimum.
December 22- January 4 2025 rats are $400.00 per night with a five night minimum.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you would like to bring a small dog. A $90 pet fee will be added to the usage fee.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the camp. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and clean up any debris appropriately.
Cleaning Policy: A cleaning fee of $150 is added to the usage fee. We still kindly ask you try to keep the property clean. Please clean the grill after use and leave it in a usable condition for the next guests.
Linen Policy: All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
Security Deposit Information: A non-refundable damage insurance fee of $100.00 is required. The fee will be used to cover the cost of any damage up to $1,000.00, but will not be refunded even if no damage occurs.
