Smoking Policy: No Smoking allowed inside. Outside smoking is allowed but we ask that you pick up your butts.

Cleaning Policy: We ask that you clean it as you find it. We provide cleaning materials. We do have a cleaner come into check on things in between rentals but appreciate you cleaning up after yourselves.

Linen Policy: We do provide linens for each bed. We do ask that they be washed, dried, and returned to each room where you found it upon arrival. Some guests prefer to bring their own linens to save time on the day of departure.

Security Deposit Information: We take a $500 security deposit by check ahead of the stay. Once the home is inspected and found to be in good condition we will return the check to you. If we do find damage we will assess the cost and charge accordingly.

About Us: Scott and Tina are a fun loving couple busy raising 6 children. The entire family are outdoor enthusiasts as well. We hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven as much as we do.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Forestport: We chose this home for the location and serenity that it offers us and we know you will feel the same about it.

Why our property is special: Cozy, very well laid out floor plan. Nice open living and dining area in classic Adirondack theme. Nestled amongst the tall Pine trees with no immediate neighbors. Very quiet.
