This custom home boasts 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with showers, bar, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, …large dining room and deck off the master suite and the main living area. Just one look at the view and your cares melt away.
Ground floor:living room with a pull out futon, bedroom with 2 double bunk beds. The bottom bunk is queen size and the top bunk is single.(top bunk suitable for kids only). The bathroom has a walk in shower.
Main floor: has a living room with gorgeous lake views, wrap around deck, pull out sleeper sofa, large dining room, bedroom with a queen bed, bath with shower and kitchen. This floor has a room with a bar. There is a shower adjacent to the hot tub. THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE FROM OCT1-MAY15.
Top floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. French doors lead to a private deck.
WiFi and streaming television available free of charge. 2 Kayaks and a 17 foot canoe are available upon request free of charge.
Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Bring your own sheets, towels, life preservers. We can provide these items for a fee. Just ask!
Gore Mountain offers 4 seasons of entertainment and is only 20 minutes away. The local towns of Chestertown, Warrensburg, North Creek and Lake George have shopping, restaurants, festivals, and are filled with local history. Hike one of the 46 high peaks or one of the many numerous hiking trails in Adirondack Park.
This area is well known for its excellent trout fishing nearby on the Schroon and Hudson Rivers.
THE HOUSE KEEPS COOL WITH CEILING FANS ON THE MAIN LEVEL, THERE IS AN AIR CONDITIONER IN THE MAIN BEDROOM.

About Us: Hi! Meet us- Brandon & DyAnn! Brandon renovated our chalet as a labor of love using the best materials.He would travel hours every weekend to work on the house and in between snuck in some fishing, boating and kayaking.We love our lakehouse as do our kids and grandkids.They love the freedom of staying by the lakeside playing in the sand and venturing out for a swim. We are now retired and we are proud to share our home with others and hope you will find the peace and joy by the lake as we do!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Adirondack: The area has so much to offer. No matter what you like to do, you can pretty much find it. From outdoor activities such as kayaking,swimming, canoeing, fishing, hiking or more passive activities like a bonfire on the beach, shopping and restaurants at nearby Lake George or just plopping down on a beach chair and reading a book. We have it all! We provide beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, beach and lake toys as well as some games and books for the kiddos.

Why our property is special: A very special time at the Lake is 4th of July. The lake is surrounded by fireworks and neighbors meet at the beach with picnic baskets and smores for toasting in the fire pit.
