Beautiful well curated home in Long Lake New York considered the center of the Adirondack Mts. The home is direct waterfront on Lake Eaton a short bike ride or drive into the town of Long Lake. The home features three floors. The main floor consists of the kitchen, a bathroom, living area, dining area, sun/screened game room/porch and one queen bedroom. The second floor is two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a full bed. In the hallway area is a reading nook and play area that … overlooks the water. The basement level which walks out to the lake is comprised of a large queen bedroom and bath. Outside the house in another structure is out bunkhouse. The bunk house is super kid friendly with kid size chairs, a large blackboard and two trundle beds that both pull out allowing four children to sleep soundly in a summer camp style feel away from the main home!

The lake front area has a firepit, 3 kayaks and a canoe. There is also a dock which allows easy access by ladder into the water for sandy bottom lake swimming!

The kitchen has everything you would have at home, plenty of entertaining items and the front porch has a chimenea, large picnic table and many chairs and loungers to hang out on.

Both the picnic table and dinning table seat 12 (maximum amount of renters).

The road is a dead end, perfect to take walks on or ride bikes down.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Long Lake: The town of Long Lake has restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, grocery store, coffee shop with pastries etc, deli and craft brew spot, antique store, church, amazing library (bring the kids), convenience store and souvenir shop. Long lake also has a magical town beach where a lifeguard sets up in front of a large waterfront play ground. This playground has a slide into the water, rope swing, diving board and bathrooms. This town beach also hosts Friday night live music all summer long!

Why our property is special: Our home is carefully curated and everything you need! It is tucked away on a dead end road steps from the town of Long Lake in the center of the Adirondack mountains. Minutes to wonderful hikes, restaurants and anything else you'd like to do but also a place you don't need a car even to enjoy. The lakefront is magical morning, noon and night. The lake has very few homes on it so its slow ADK life. Sit by the fire and listen to the loons for hours. It's a place we are proud of + love immensely.
