The 4br, 2ba home was doubled in size in 2011. The original meeting room of the home dates back over 100 years to when there was a boys camp located on Friends Point. Located in a protected 5mph No Wake zone, Pinecrest Lodge has breathtaking lake and mountain views. Great Room: Vaulted Ceiling and brick fireplace with 55" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to screened porch that overlooks the lake.

Screened Porch: Located off the Great Room, Adirondack style rocking chairs on the porch are a great way to enjoy the view of Flirtation Island.

Deck; Large deck located on the front of the house (next to the screened porch), overlooking the lake.

Kitchen: Built in 2011, the open kitchen is great for entertaining, with seating for 8 in a sun room with glass doors looking toward the lake and to the covered deck. The kitchen contains a gas stove, new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and custom wood cabinetry. There is a 55" Frame TV located in the kitchen.

Outdoor covered deck; Accessible from the kitchen is a large outdoor covered deck with seating and a gas grill.

Entry: Upon entry to the home, there is a full sized refrigerator (2nd fridge) for beverages or food overflow, as well as a top/bottom washer and dryer.

1st Floor Bedroom #1; Contains Queen sized bed, Adirondack log furniture, and lake views.

1st Floor Bedroom #2; Can be used as an office for extended stays, or with a queen size air mattress (provided).

1st Floor Bathroom; Full sized bathroom with linen closet, Two-sink vanity, and walk in shower.

Linen Policy: Linens and towels are not provided.

Security Deposit Information: Security deposit of $1,500 due 6 weeks prior to rental, and will be cashed. Security deposit returned within 3 weeks of departure minus cleaning fee providing no damage and no excess cleaning charges. Damage determined at the discretion of the owner/landlord.

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: For four generations, our family has been enjoying the beauty of northern Lake Geroge. My wife and I were married on Lake George in 2014 (Silver Bay Chapel with the reception on the boat the Adirondac), and in 2024 purchased Pincrest from friends of the family. We now have four young children and have enjoyed creating memories with them that will last a lifetime. We look forward to sharing this special place with others that we trust, who will appreciate it as much as we do.

Why our property is special: Having grown up spending summers at 'the lake', we've gotten a chance to experience many different homes and locations on Lake George and think this one is really special. The Waltonian Islands, owned by the state of NY, are a quick paddle away, and a great place to swim, picnic, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, rock jump, and search for treasures. The Northern Lake George Yacht Club is two properties to the south. Hague is a great place to visit with a market, beach, playground, and boat access.
