Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit will be required. This will be returned within 10 days of departure after condition of home has been confirmed. If damages to the home occur, this will be deducted from deposit.

About Us: We have built this home for our family and our children. Avery is a skilled builder and built most of the home, as well as numerous other custom features. We take pride in the quality and comfort that it provides.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake Luzerne: This is the perfect home in location to really enjoy the Adirondacks. Our home is spacious with tall ceilings and lots of windows. Very kid friendly, however is also perfect for an adult getaway. We provide kayaks and a canoe to get out and enjoy the lake. Canoe put in is half a mile from the house, and the beach at the lake is less than a mile away. Very quiet and private location. 10 minutes away from Lake George, and 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga.

Why our property is special: Our home has a spectacular playhouse in the backyard for the kids while the adults relax around the fire. Guests have access to a very large organic garden with blueberries and raspberries, as well as 18 acres of trails in the woods. Two living rooms allow everyone to spread out comfortably.
