The apartment is upstairs in its own separate building on our 2+ acre property on northern Lake George's Heart Bay. The property has been in our family for over 100 years. The apartment da …tes from the early 1990's. It is spacious and comfortable with large living room/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bath (shower only), and balcony. It's very bright, with lots of big windows and skylights. It's attractively furnished and includes cable TV, internet/wi-fi, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and much more.

One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other has a king size and a twin bed.

There's lots of lawn space available to our guests, leading to the lakefront, sandy bottom, and large private dock including space for your average size boat, up to about 25 feet in length.

On the property is an authentic Finnish wood-fired sauna, which can be made available on occasion.

This is generally known as the "quiet end" of Lake George, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of attractions in the area, including historic Fort Ticonderoga and a highly-rated 18 hole golf course, to supplement the unsurpassed natural beauty of the lake itself and its magnificent surroundings. Downtown Ticonderoga, just three miles away, is experiencing a major revitalization, with an increasing number of shopping opportunities, parks and recreation, historic attractions, and cultural events.

Pet Policy: We are pet friendly and normally accept one dog or cat at no additional charge as long as he/she is well-behaved, in good health, and under the guest's control at all times. An additional pet may be considered on a case by case basis.
Smoking Policy: No smoking in the apartment or inside any other structures on the property.
Cleaning Policy: We will do a full cleaning upon departure but ask our guests kindly to leave the apartment essentially as they found it. Beds may be left unmade or stripped. We live on the property and will be available to discuss details.
Linen Policy: All linens are provided and beds will be made up before guests arrive unless they wish to bring their own sheets. Towels are provided except for beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: We ask for a $300 security deposit upon arrival, payable by cash or check and fully refundable upon departure unless damages are incurred.
