Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day - 3 night minimum

The first 1/2 of the rental is due 6 months prior to your arrival. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.

Cleaning Policy: This is a housekeeping property. Meaning, you need to leave the property the way you found it; tidy with all trash removed. We do have a cleaning team go through between guests. Please remember to remove all personal belongings from dressers and closets, empty all trash cans and remove all food. Please remove any used linens and place in the laundry basket on top of the washer so we can wash them for the next guest.
Linen Policy: Linens are not provided. You will need to bring towels and sheets for 1 Queen, 1 King, 1 set of Double Bunk Beds, 1 set of Twin Bunk Beds
Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit is collected at the time of booking. This is returned to you 2 weeks after your departure date via check.
