Cleaning Policy: Cleaning service is part of the rental fees, however, dishes must be done, and all laundry left dry as the service may not arrive immediately after your departure. Food items must also be removed from refrigerators. Excessive cleaning needs will be deducted from deposit.

Linen Policy: We supply pillows and comforters for all the beds. You bring sheets for the beds and towels. All twin mattresses are new so please keep them clean and dry. There are four twin beds.

Security Deposit Information: We ask for a 25% security deposit upon arrival, payable by cash or check and fully refundable upon departure unless damages are incurred.
