Pet Policy: We believe pets are part of the family. We welcome you to bring your pets along with you while you Get Otter Town. We have a fully fenced in back yard for their enjoyment and your peace of mind. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Please do not leave pets unattended in the home.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the premisis or in the sreened in porches.
Cleaning Policy: We clean the house thoroughly between stays. We ask that you leave the house as neat and tidy as it was when you arrived. We have a broom, vacuum as well as basic cleaning supplies available.
-Please make arrangements to displose of trash and recyclables for any stays longer than one week. Garbage stickers can be purchased for $2 each in Old Forge at the visitors center (next to Clarks's Beach Motel).
Linen Policy: Please leave used towels and linens in the laundry room. Please do not leave wet towels or linens in the washing machine or start a load of wash right before departure. We will handle it all!
Security Deposit Information: $500 for monthly rentals
$250 for weekly rentals
$100 for daily/3 night rentals
-The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your visit once a satisfactory inspection of the home has been completed.
-1/2 rental amount + security deposit due upon signing and completing the rental agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
-Cancellation policy:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check in
50% refund for cancellations made 59-30 days prior to check in
0% if cancellation is made within 30 days of check in
