A separate check of $500 is required to covered damage. The check will not be cashed unless damage to the property has occurred. If damage has occurred, then we will use what we need from the $500 and return the balance to you with a receipt. If no damage has occurred, then we will either tear up the check or return it to you.
Smoking Policy: Non smoking
Cleaning Policy: Professional cleaning is used between guests. Upon departure we do ask guests to gather all used bed sheets and towels and to clean and put away dishes that were used. Garbage must be taken by guests as there is no garbage service available. Garbage left behind will result in a $25 per bag fee.
Linen Policy: Blankets, comforters and pillows provided. Bath towels and linens provided. Beach towels not provided.
Security Deposit Information: $500 non-refundable deposit to hold booking
Balance due 30 days prior to stay
