Pet Policy: Dogs and Cats are allowed we ask for an additional $200 1st pet fee (plus addition $50 per pet max 3 pets) and refundable $300 pet security fee if there isn't any damage. Pets must be on Leash on the property and at the beach.

Smoking Policy: No smoking/ vaping in house or on deck.

Cleaning Policy: Cleaning fee is $200
Tenant is responsible for removing their garbage & recycling from the property.

Linen Policy: Bring your own linens, sheets, towels. If you dont have linens they can be provided at an additional $15 per person please inquire----- The following will be provided in your stay --- Comforters, blankets, and pillows will be provided.

Security Deposit Information: We will only rent Friday to Friday in the summer. Security deposit of $650 is required. Additional $300 for pet security is required if you plan to bring your dog or cat. Other pets please ask thanks!

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: I have been coming to Old Forge in the winter since I was about 10 years old. Its been a life long dream to own a place in Old Forge and after 20 something years looking for a place this one fell into our lap. I brought my wife Sara up to look at wedding venues in Old Forge and she absolutely fell in love with the summers here. We excited to share our passion and excitement for Old Forge with you.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Old Forge: This place is so close to everything. You can walk to Water Safari and town. In the winter you can jump on your sled and pick up trail 5 or pipeline very quickly. It has a private woods feel without being completely cut off from civilization.

Why our property is special: Happy Trailside Cabin has a central but secluded location which provides convenience and tranquility. Directly across from Water Safari and Calypso cove. The lake access is a quick walk down where you can keep your boat at our shared dock. Our Private boat slip has nice deep water and can accommodate mostly any draught. The sandy beach is great for swimming or just relaxing on a float.
