Our lakefront cottage has been in the family for almost 100 years. Style is typical Adirondack with Adirondack decor. Our modern kitchen includes a full size stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Dish soap and dishwasher soap are included. All dishes and pots and pans are included. We have a blender, a toaster, a coffeemaker and a Nespresso, pods are included. All staples for cooking and baking are included, many spices are stocked.

Rates

The shoulder season rate is $200.00 per night. This includes May, June until the last week, September after Labor Day and October.

Pet Policy: We are happy to have dogs, max two at a time. Owners are responsible for excrement and we provide a can for bag disposal. Dogs must be leashed when off our personal property. There is a $100.00 fee for each dog.
Smoking Policy: There is no smoking on or in our property.
Cleaning Policy: In addition to the nightly rate, there is a $250.00 cleaning fee. We use a cleaning service. We ask guests to deposit their trash in bins that we provide and to remove any food that they brought with them.
Linen Policy: All linen is provided. This includes sheets, towels, blankets, kitchen linens. We also provide beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: We do not require a security deposit.
