Fully furnished for true comfort and enjoyment and available year round, Timber Hill is located north of the town bridge on the east shore, perfect for daytime sunshine and viewing the setting sun over the scenic mountaintops. A boat dock, swim raft, and rowboat are provided on the 180 foot shoreline. A large fire-pit overlooks the lake for evening campfires and hot tub invites all for relaxing warmth. Inside you will find three floors of truly inviting living space including an upper loft and master suite with a king size bed and private bath. Main floor has two large bedrooms with queen size beds and shared bathroom. The main level is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen and separate large screen porch, with two twin beds, that face the lake. The elevated upper deck offers amazing views and evening dining splendor. The lower floor includes exercise equipment, dart board, a pool table, bar area, 60" LG Smart TV, a large comfortable sectional and walks out to another full deck, outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. This home has 2 full size refrigerators and a wine cooler. This home has high speed internet.

2026 August Rates - $3500/week - only full weeks, Sunday to Sunday.
2025 September Rates - $3000/week, less than 1 week stays, nightly rates based upon the number of persons

Pet Policy: Pets are part of the family and well behaved pets are always welcome at Timber Hill with prior approval. A $100. pet fee per pet is required for more than 3 day stays.

Smoking Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Any signs of smoking found by our staff will result in the forfeit of your security deposit.

Cleaning Policy: We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. We allow 2.5 hours of our cleaning time with each rental fee. If our staff has to work beyond that time, the hourly rate charged to you will be $35/hr and will be deducted from your security deposit. There will be a welcome letter at the house when you arrive that provides information about the house and explains anything else you need to know. PLEASE read it !
-To avoid cleaning charges we expect the house to be left in good shape. We ask that the kitchen be swept, counters cleaned, food removed from the refrigerator and freezer and shelves wiped down. Dishes, pots, pans, etc. to be washed and put away. There are vacuums on each floor to keep the floors tidy during your stay. Bathrooms should be left clean. There is a good supply of cleaning products in each bathroom and kitchen. There is a washroom on the lower level with a large capacity washer and two dryers for your use.

Linen Policy: We provide soft flannel bedding and duvets with cotton covers at the house for the 3 main bedrooms. The twin beds and inflatable mattress have their own bedding. Towel sets are provided for each person as well as separate towels for hot tub use. Any towels or bedding used is to be washed, dried, and replaced.
-You are welcome to bring your own bedding and towels also. In that case, we ask that you let us know so we will have the beds ready for you to place your bedding. Duvets will be left in place for your use. Towels will be left in place.

Security Deposit Information: We will email you a short one page rental agreement. A security deposit of $300 will be required to reserve your dates. We ask that the rental agreement be returned and signed along with a check or money order for $300. The security deposit is separate from the rental and will be returned to you within 2 weeks. Any charges will be discussed prior to us returning your security deposit.
