Cleaning fee of $200 paid at the time of booking. 1/2 paid at the time of reservation with a balance 60 days before occupancy
The price does not includes lodging tax we are required to collect 4% of the rental fee. 1/2 of that fee paid on booking and the balance tax due with the final balance. 60 days before check-in. Rentals begin on Saturdays at 3pm until Saturday 10am. If you need a different check in day please check with owner to check schedule to accommodate depending on other bookings.

Checking out please leave the cabin as it was when you came. Please make sure you take all of your belongings. Make sure all windows and doors are locked. All dirty towel can be left in a pile in the bathroom. The cleaning service will remove the bedding for cleaning. If you have any dirty dishes please run the dishwasher. Please empty the refrigerator. all garbage should be disposed in the bin outside.

Linen Policy: We do supply towels & bedding. There are pillows and extra blankets provided as well.

Security Deposit Information: $500.00 to be paid at the time of the final payment and will be returned following guest stay and inspection by the owner/house manager.

About Us: The owners and their families have spent many years in the Lake George area. They finally decided to start new traditions of their own for their family to explore all of what Lake George has to offer. They recently purchased this home and renovated it, so paint, most appliances, flooring, beds, mattresses, etc are all new! They enjoy boating, hiking, trying all the wonderful restaurants, and mini golfing with their kids. With hopes you will enjoy too!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Queensbury: Our cabin is in a very quiet area of Queensbury NY. Getting off the Northway you will see all that the area offers. Premium outlet stores, mini golfing, restaurants, boat charters, cruises, horse back riding,and more! The Starry Night Cabin is just under 15 minutes from it all. If you want to a peaceful vacation, but still want to be close to where everything is to do.. this is your place.

Why our property is special: Our property provides a large circular graveled driveway large enough for anyone who would like to bring their boats and trailers. We are close to snowmobile trails, boat loading docks,west mountain for skiing, and a small airport that offers plane tours! We have rooms themed for kids to make them feel like they are camping in the Adirondack Park. But have all the comforts of home!
