Inside, the main floor has an open floor plan with comfy seating for relaxation, gas fireplace, a full kitchen and dining area, a screened porch, one (Queen) bedroom, and a full bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, (Queen-sized bed and 2 twin beds), a full bath. The finished walk-out basement holds a full bath and a comfortable family room space.IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Arrival and Departure is strictly held as follows:Arrival: 4:00 PM. or after. Departure: No later than 11:00 AM (cleaners arrive at 11:15). Trash - Guests are responsible to bring trash and recycles to the town transfer station. Parking: - No more than 3 vehicles are permitted. No Pets. No Smoking. Security camera There are two active external on-site security cameras: one pointing toward the driveway and one nest doorbell.The Skylark Beach Association does not allow dock use by anyone but association members. All guests are required to follow the association rules (copy provided and posted at the Beach).

$2,200 per week - 7 night minimum occupancy for summer rental - Saturday to Saturday Discount considered for multiple concurrent weekly rentals. $350 nightly rate in offseason with 3 night minimum stay. All payments to be received no less than 2 weeks prior to occupancy. Guests will also pay a $250 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit (subject to terms as outlined)

Security Deposit Information: $500 security deposit which must be received 2 weeks prior to occupancy (along with the full rental payment) or the reservation will be considered canceled and any payments made forfeited. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property furnishings and related with exception of any minimal wear and tear items.
