Welcome to our Villa, the perfect place for couples to connect with each other and nature. With a beautiful deck by the lake, a screened-in porch, and a cozy fireplace, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And, please take advantage of the dumbwaiter to make moving items between the 3 levels of the house easier.
Ideally suited for two, but if you're planning to invite another couple, or bring your children, we have a sleeper sofa available on the lower/family room level. You can … entertain yourselves and your special guests with a cookout using the gas grill in the courtyard. Afterward, gather around the smokeless fire pit on the front patio area overlooking the lake, and relax in the Adirondack chairs while star-gazing and listening to the peaceful night sounds.
Enjoy the beauty of the lake with our two kayaks. Paddle quietly and you might spot otters playing on the rocky shoreline, or a mother loon carrying her chicks on her back. For a breathtaking view, paddle across the lake to Norman's Cove and take the trail up to the bluffs on Baldy.
Easy access to boat rentals are at the marina next door.
Hiking, swimming, paddling, and many other outdoor activities are on-site and close by.

Cleaning Policy: There is a $300.00 cleaning fee paid with balance due on rental 30 days prior to Check-In.
Vacuum cleaners are available on top and lower levels. Cleaning supplies, brooms/dust pans and mops, are provided for your use.
Please make sure to separate garbage into "Trash" and "Recycle" and place these in the labeled bins located in the parking area. If you use the propane grill, please clean. Please use the metal ash-can located next to the Solo Stove outdoor fire pit when cleaning the solo stove. DO NOT place ashes in the Garbage/Recycling bins.
Please empty the refrigerator/freezer, and the cabinets of any food you brought. Winds coming off the lake can be strong, so please secure any outdoor items.
Linen Policy: Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and placemats w/napkins are provided.
We will strip the bed(s) after your stay. Prior to check out, please leave dirty kitchen towels and dirty table linens on the kitchen countertop, and leave dirty beach & bath towels on the floor of the master bathroom. Thank you.

About Us: Rob & Deborah Maher are retired performers from the Metropolitan Opera in New York, and are longtime lovers of Indian Lake.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Indian Lake: The town of Indian Lake for its quaint and rustic charm. The lake for its 80% "Forever Wild" status promising amazing views from the house of lake and mountains.

Why our property is special: This is a newly built lake house. Mountain Modern design by PJC Architecture and featured in Adirondack Life, The Wall Street Journal, Builder Magazine, and other publications. The aesthetics are clean and the interior space light filled.
