Rental property on a quiet street with Lake George beach access (Dunham's Bay area). The lake and beach are steps away with a short walk from the home to the end of the street. Sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms and the 4th room is an office with a twin sized day bed. Beds- 1 BR king Bed; 1 BR Queen Bed; ! BR full sized bed and Office 1 twin sized day bed. 2 Baths and a sunporch. 2 car garage attached. A gas grill is available to use which is located off the back deck. Central air conditioning and …washer and dryer located in the house. Fireplace (gas) in the house for winter months. The office/bedroom has a printer available to our guests.

This is a new listing so there is availability for weekly rentals for this summer. The street is a nice quiet cul-de-sac but yet such a close walk to go to the beach or for a swim in the lake. Private boat rental company is located near-by as well as a restaurant open to the public for lunch and dinner.
