Rates

Weekly Rental Only at a rate of $1000 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at booking, the balance is due and $90 cleaning fee 7 days prior to stay.
Rental Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am.
This is a private property there are no life guards and you are responsible for your actions.

Pet Policy: No Pets No Exceptions

Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside. Guests may smoke outside, but guest must dispose of all cigarette butts in the trash resposibly (no flushing).

Cleaning Policy: Cleaning fee is $90 with premises to be left broom clean. Additional $100 if needed.

Linen Policy: Linens (towels, sheets, and blankets are provided). May want to bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs are available on the property.

Security Deposit Information: $350 refundable security deposit for a one week stay. Security deposit of $350 is collected with the rental deposit and signed rental agreement. If the Guest fully complies with all terms of the Rental Agreement, owner will return the security deposit to the Guest within 2 weeks after the rental term ends. If the Guest does not fully comply with the terms of the Rental Agreement, the Owner may use the security deposit to pay amounts owed by the Guest, including damages.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Valcour: If you like waterfront dining or hitting the bar and grill by boat theyre just a short cruise away on the shoreline of Plattsburgh NY, Or a short ride across the lake to the Hero Islands Vermont or the popular Burlington Vermont. They all have transient docking available. Historic Downtown Church Street Burlington is amazing and a must do. Lots of cool shops, restaurants and bars. If you dont boat there you can always drive there or take the NY ferry over to VT and then a short 15 minute drive.

Why our property is special: There are also some very fun winery trails over that way.The AuSable Chasm "The Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks" is a short 10 minute drive away from the cottage and is another incredible journey. If you love to Golf there is the Historic Bluff Point Golf Resort with Championship 18-hole course with Lake Views. There's lots to do here if you want to, the location is terrific.
