Nestled on calm and extremely quiet Lake Clear overlooking Whiteface Mountain. Built in 2006 - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths fully stocked vacation home with all amenities. Eight miles to Saranac Lake - 15 miles to Lake Placid or Tupper Lake and The Wild Center. Only 3 miles to the Public Saranac Lake Golf Course and boat access to Upper Saranac Lake. Sorry, no jet skis.

Nearby activities are endless... fishing, world-famous fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, boating, sailing, plus … swimming right off the dock and sandy beach. The lake is crystal clear with all sand and a dock - great for children. Very large grass lawn with a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. In the winter - you may enjoy snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, back country skiing, downhill skiing, snow mobiling, or just making snow angels. Shopping boutiques and novelty shops in Saranac Lake and Lake Placid offer a break from the outdoors for those who wish. Radiant floor heat - in addition to the large stone fireplace - are very inviting after a winter day's activities. A screened in porch with a fireplace is a great place to relax on chilly fall afternoons. Professionally stocked kitchen with double ovens and a wine fridge. All bedrooms are large & roomy. Lots of great games and puzzles, as well as a ping pong table in the basement. One King, four Queens and four twins - Max. 14 people and no pets please.
