CAMP LOON....A Private, well appointed, ADK camp located on Sixth Lake. Accessible by boat only, just a short 5 minute boat ride from parking and dock. Newly restored Pontoon boat included in your rental (new seats, flooring, bimini and wrap!!)

Camp Loon offers the best of the Adirondacks...private and secluded feeling, yet just minutes to town (for groceries, ice cream or pizza!). The camp encompasses true Adirondack style with white cedar and knotty pine throughout and tasteful Adirondack f …urnishings and decor. You will also find many comforts of home such as full kitchen, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, washer/dryer, smart TV, wifi (shhhh! don't tell the kids!), gas grill, and so much more!

Camp Loon has five bedrooms, two full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room with seating for 10-12, and balcony with lake views off master bedroom. Reading and Game nook/loft has a an oversized loveseat for extra sleeping if needed. The large, screened-in porch has a 5' swing, table, chairs and rockers. Full utilities, including Smart TV and Pontoon boat included!

Enjoy sitting on the dock, or taking in the views from the ADK swing down by the lake. Our shoreline and dock area are sandy bottom, with gradual grade...perfect for dipping your toes in, or little ones to enjoy the lake! We also have canoes and a paddle boat that you can use at your leisure! Or rent our kayaks for the duration of your stay for just a small fee.

Conveniently located in the channel between 6th Lake and 7th Lake, there is extensive shoreline and two lakes to explore and enjoy!!

Our campfire pit is perfect for gathering, story telling and s'mores!

The use of our 24' pontoon boat included! We also provide (2) canoes and (1) paddle boat!

Private Kayak Rental...$135 includes use of (4) single person kayaks (and paddles) for the duration of your stay!

Pet Policy: Dogs (only) considered with an additional $325 per dog/per stay, plus $325 security deposit. (2) dog maximum.
-Please be advised....we have updated the camp with new living room furniture and bedding. PLUS, we have newer seats on our boat. We respectfully request that dogs NOT be allowed on the new furniture, bedding or boat seats.
-Dogs must be crated when unsupervised.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up all droppings on property, and properly disposing of.
Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO smoking allowed on our property! This includes inside the camp, on porch, on deck, on balcony, or on boats!! Our camp is a Smoke-Free!
Cleaning Policy: Guests are expected to leave camp in extremely clean condition upon departure, this includes vacuuming, sweeping, wiping out fridge & microwave, making beds, replacing and items that may have been moved, wiping off boat seats and removing all garbage.
-Our private cleaning service performs deep cleaning, disinfection and sanitizing between each guest. We employ a private cleaning person....to ensure our property is cleaned to our high standards each and every time! We are in the cleaning industry, owning a carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning company. We understand and practice extensive cleaning protocols. We always have, and will continue to do so.
Linen Policy: We now offer LINEN SERVICE! For an additional fee of $135 you will arrive to your beds made up with fresh, clean, crisp sheets! One last thing to worry about!
-If you do not take advantage of our linen service, we ask that guests bring own sleeping pillows and sheets. Comforters and extra blankets are always provided.
-All guests must bring bath/beach towels and dish towels. No towels are provided.

Security Deposit Information: $1000 refundable security deposit , to be returned within 30 days.

All garbage must be removed.
Boat must be re-filled with gas.
No smoking is allowed on property.

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: Our first trip to the Adirondacks was in September 1991, just before we were engaged. We continued to vacation in the Adirondack park every year, even as our family grew. In 2009 we began staying on 6th Lake, at the 6th Lake Retreat, hosted by Mark & Cheryl Bibbens...and we were hooked! In 2017, a dream that was sparked many years ago, became a reality, and we purchased Camp Loon from our beloved friends, Mark & Cheryl. Camp Loon is very special...and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Inlet: Our family truly loves the Adirondacks, and all that it has to offer...quiet, lazy days at camp or exciting adventures white water rafting or discovering a new place to eat! Listening to the loons, fishing or just dipping our toes in the lake. Our family memories are heavily ingrained with time spent together, with each other, and friends in the Adirondacks.

Why our property is special: 6th Lake is very special!! Like the other Adirondack lakes, it is a crystal clear, mountain filtered body of water. However, it is one of the smaller lakes, perfect for canoeing, kayaking and swimming...without the worries of excessive boat traffic. PLUS....6th Lake is connected to 7th Lake...a more expansive lake with jaw dropping views of the mountains and evergreen covered state lands! PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE and WELLNESS RETREATS!!
