See the Adirondack Mountains at their best at Treetops, a fully equipped camp, built on the side of a hill, with a 200' path leading to beautiful Silver Lake. Treetops offers a lovely lake and mountain views. The camp sleeps five guests only, with one bedroom, with a queen size bed, and a loft, with a full & 1 twin size beds. It is attractively furnished with a new floor, sofa, tableware, cookware, etc..
There is a private dock, firepit, picnic area, and an Adirondack lean-to, lakeside, for y …our enjoyment. A drive takes you right to the back door for convenience. Our property is located at the very end of a 1 & 1/2 mile road, so there is no thru' traffic to disturb your vacation. Silver Lake is a private lake, with no public access, so there is not a lot of activity. It is located midway between Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Au Sable Forks, and the Lake Champlain region. It is between Union Falls Lake and Taylor Pond, a state owned lake with camping lean-tos and no camps or homes. We are located between 4 of the best fly fishing rivers in eastern United States, the east & west branches of the Saranac River & the east & west branches of the Au Sable
Weekly rental is Saturday, 3:00PM, to the following Saturday, 10:00AM. Weekly rentals only 6/1 thru' 10/30.

Rates

$1100 a week for 2 people during June, July and August with $50 for each additional person.
$1000 a week for 2 people during September and October with $50 for each additional person.
Two weeks results in a 10% discount and four weeks results in a 30% discount.
There is a $100 dollar cleaning fee for each stay.
A pet is allowed, there is a 100.00 pet cleaning fee, and the pet must under your control at ALL times.
A 3% tax is included for Clinton County.

Pet Policy: A pet is allowed if kept with you at all times. An additional $100, for your stay, is required for the added cleaning necessary with a pet.
Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING!
Cleaning Policy: We do utilize a cleaning service, but guests are expected to empty the refrigerator items. Dishes should be washed and put away. Bring your garbage and recyclables down to the garage. there is a trash can there for your garbage. We can continue our reasonable rates if our guests cooperate to keep maintenance costs down. Please do not rearrange furniture.
Linen Policy: Towels and bed linens are not provided.
Security Deposit Information: $200 reservation deposit is required, with the entire rental balance required 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Signing of the rental contract states that you will be responsible to reimburse us for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by your occupancy
