Sunny Side cottage has three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths looking out onto Fourth Lake. Located in Holiday Shores Estates approximately seven miles east of Old Forge village. Cottage sleeps seven. Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has one double bed, and the third bedroom has one double and one twin bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils. There is a dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, electric baseboard heat upstairs, forced hot air heat on first floor. …There is a large deck with outdoor grill and table and chairs. Many amenities on property available to all guests: Free Wifi, shallow sandy beach, sundeck with chairs, tennis court, playing field with children's playground area, bocce ball court, basketball court, horseshoes, volleyball, and boat launch with docking facilities available. Bring your own boat and enjoy the Fulton Chain of Lakes. Come enjoy the great outdoors, swimming, hiking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, seaplane rides, train rides, and boating. There are many unique gift shops in Old Forge and Inlet to explore. There is a nice shady patio area to relax and read and stay cool. Two nice golf courses near by. Great place for a family vacation.

Rates

Summer weekly rate $1,800/wk; Spring and Autumn rates vary. Summer season is done on a weekly bases Saturday to Saturday. Spring and Fall season can be a variable in length of stay. (Minimum of 2 nights)


Winter rental is for the season December 1 through March 31. Rental fee is $6,000.

Linen Policy: Bring your own linens for the beds (sheets & pillow cases). One Queen size bed. Two full size beds and one twin size bed. Bring your own kitchen hand towels, bath towels and beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit is required for first time renters. Repeat renters will have the security deposit waived. Security deposit is returned within 10 days after departure assuming no major damage is incurred.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Fourth Lake: Sunny Side Cottage is located in a home owners association that has many amenities available to all renters. It is a great place for families. Fourth Lake is the largest of the Fulton Chain of Lakes and is great for many water sports (boating, water skiing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.) Our cottage is close in proximity to snowmobile trail 5 for hiking and snowmobiling.

Why our property is special: We have a very nice waterfront with shallow sandy beach. The swimming areas are roped off for children's safety. There are numerous lounge chairs on our seating decks to catch some sun. There is a boat launch available and boat slips available if you bring or rent a boat.
