This Cottage is a private residence, with all the amenities for a relaxing Adirondack getaway. We are on beautiful Kiwassa Lake. Boating, swimming, fishing, and a private dock are yours exclusively with use of the 190 feet of waterfront. A fireplace is located close to the shore. We have a fully equipped kitchen, all you need is food. The Main Bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Also, there is a pull-out couch. Rates

$2,100.00 per week during peak summer season(June, July, August, September) and $275 per night with minimum 3 night stay during the off season.

***Our weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4:30pm on the first Sunday, and check-out anytime before 10:30am on the following Sunday.

*** A one time $100 Cleaning Charge will be added to the end of all reservations.

Security Deposit Information: We require 1/3 down at the time of rental. This is a non refundable deposit if cancelled within 30 days of rental date, unless we are able to fill your rental week. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We are sorry, but we are not able to accept credit cards. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
