Rates

Summer rates - $700 per week; 10% discount for consecutive weeks rental.

Winter rates - $800 per month; 10% discount for consecutive months rental.

Seasonal and daily rates are also available.

To make a reservation, please check our availability calendar and if the dates that you are interested in are available, please email or call us with your request.

We request a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due three weeks prior to arrival date and is non-refundable. We do not reserve any dates until we receive a deposit check. Once we receive your deposit check, we will confirm your reservation by email and/or telephone.

For weekly rentals check in time is after 4pm and check out is 10am on Saturdays.
