RENTAL OPTIONS: Rent the entire Island for a week for the ultimate Island experience. This large cabin group rental includes 4 cabins that will comfortably sleep up to 10 in your party. Or rent the entire island nightly, for a 3 night minimum.

DESCRIPTION OF CABINS: The two cabins with full amenities include:

1) Small Cabin that is ideal for 2 or 3 persons with an inside bathroom, bedroom/living room, fully equipped and screened in front porch and;

2) Big Camp, located on the top of the Island, comfortably sleeps 6 with loft style bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, outside stone grill, and an expansive front porch with beautiful lake views. Step back in time with a two room bathhouse next to Big Camp and;

Two additional sleeping cabins located along the shore line of the Island:

3) Nice House with a double bed and sink that used to be an Ice House before the convenience of refrigerators and;

4) Authentic Log Cabin with a double bed that was recently renovated.

Secluded cabins on this 3-acre Island are evenly spaced between the pine trees and accessible by groomed paths. Access to the Island is by a short boardwalk from the mainland. Kids will love running from cabin to cabin as they explore other Island gems such as the tree house, secret cave, hammocks, and our smaller Turtle Island to investigate the turtles hatched eggs. All rental options will enjoy our private beach, 2 swimming docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle board.

WEEKLY RENTAL: $3300

NIGHTLY RENTAL: $500 with a 4 night minimum.

Both options includes exclusive use of Loon Island with additional small picnicking island, two cottages with full kitchens and two sleeping cabins, tree house, canoe and rowboat, large private sandy bottom beach/swimming area with floating dock, private swim and bathing dock, and a small dock for boats.

Smoking Policy: NO, NO, NO SMOKING on the Island or Mainland/Parking Area. Smoking on the Island will result in being asked to leave and the refusal of rental privileges in the future.
Cleaning Policy: Cleaning is included in the rental fee.
Linen Policy: Please bring your own bed linens (sheets/pillow cases) and your own bathing/beach towels. Kitchen dish towels and bed covers/duvets are included in the rental fee.
Security Deposit Information: One half the total to reserve the rental. Remaining rent is due 2 weeks before occupancy with $300 breakage fee that is refundable if no breakage.
