Welcome to the Lower Camp! This will be your summer destination for you and your family for years to come!

The camp is located at the beginning of the Fulton Chain of Lakes on the Old Forge Pond. You will enjoy your days having fun on the dock swimming and fishing. There is also a boat slip for your use, so if you have a boat bring it along to enjoy exploring the lakes.

All of the fun of Old Forge is only a few minutes away! You will be within walking distance to: Slickers, Enchant …ed Forest Water Safari, Calypso Cove, Pied Piper, Arcade, shops, and restaurants. You can enjoy the lake and be within walking distance to everything that you need. You will have the best of both worlds here!

Cleaning Policy: The camp will be clean when you arrive. The expectation is that you clean up after yourself. You need to wipe down any dirty areas & you should sweep/vacuum upon your departure. If the camp is left in poor condition which requires extra cleaning than is customary, then you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00.
The furniture needs to remain where it is placed, if the furniture has been rearranged there will be a fee for putting the furniture back to the proper arrangement of $50.00. In addition, the furniture that is inside should not be moved outdoors. Thank you for your understanding.

Linen Policy: Renter must bring their own sheets and towels. There are two full beds and two twin beds. Each bedroom has a twin and full bed in it.

Security Deposit Information: A security deposit of $500.00 will be required when making a reservation. This will hold your reservation and act as a security while you are renting. We can not guarantee a full refund of the deposit if you need to cancel your reservation. The deposit will be returned by mail when the property has been inspected after departure.
