Away from the bustling crowds in Lake George village, which is only a short drive away, along with all of the of other Adirondack attractions.

Our spacious modern home has over 120 feet of lakefront with beautiful vistas of the lake to the south and east from every room, the deck, and large crib dock. The home completely furnished wi …th all the amenities you can think of. It has a large, fully-equipped, modern kitchen. The home has a master suite and a large family room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. There are 3 other bedrooms and a futon so it can easily accommodate 10 people/2 families. Wireless hi-speed internet access is included.

Rates

Weekly rental Period is Saturday to Saturday. Rental rate is $6,000 per week for July 1st through Labor Day. $5,000 per week for all other times. Multi-week discount is available. Daily and weekend rates are available on request for $900 per day in season (July 1st through Labor Day) and $800 per day off season, 3-day minimum stay required.

The $1,000 security deposit is separate and not included in the rental rate.

Pet Policy: Pets MAY be allowed only upon OWNER'S APPROVAL IN ADVANCE and with an additional $250, per week per pet, NON-REFUNDABLE pet security deposit. Pets MUST be house-broken. Pets MUST be leashed at all times when not in the home. You MUST clean up after your pet outdoors.

Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed in the house.

Cleaning Policy: Washer and Dryer included. The house will be clean when you arrive.
-You MUST leave the house broom clean when you depart.
-Cleaning can be provided during your stay for an additional fee.

Linen Policy: Bed linens and bath towels are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own linens. No beach towels are provided.

Security Deposit Information: A $1,000 Security Deposit is required 2 WEEKS prior to check-in for all rentals. Security Deposit will be refunded 30 DAYS AFTER your departure assuming no damages to property have been incurred.
