“This is the second year we've visited this delightful camp!
We love the quaintness and serenity that this location offers with its large backyard and fire pit to its peaceful sun porch and spacious livingroom. Our large family has thoroughly enjoyed both our visits and highly recommend this camp to other families. The owners last year and new owners this year, were beyond helpful with questions and always replied in a timely manner. This gem is one of Otter Lakes finest!!!”

“Our stay at the Otter Banks camp was terrific! We travelled from Utah and joined out kids and grandkids at the cottage. The accommodation were very clean and comfortable. The owners went the extra mile to make sure our family had a great vacation weak at their cottage.
The area around Otter Lake is very beautiful. One of the things we really liked is that the camp is very peaceful and quite, yet close to Old Forge and all of the attractions that are offered there. We hiked, went swimming, did some canoeing & kayaking in Otter Lake, Old Forge, and Moose River.
Bottom line - we had a GREAT vacation weak at Otter Banks.”

“ The Otter Banks camp is a gem in and out! The owners have this camp over supplied, clean, and quite tastefully decorated! My stay included weeks in August as well in September 2014 which the owners went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable than home in Nashville! The closeness to the lake, the large backyard with bunkhouse, swing set and fire pit made for a great entertaining area and sleep over stay. The camp has a great kitchen supplied with everything!.... I picked 4 blackberry pies and used the oven to bake also. Living room and 2 front porches are comfortable retreats to watch adirondack rain or the dazzling moon and northern stars or Tv . Well stocked with games, movies and even crayons!! Upstairs, three bedrooms come supplied with linens and blankets, equipped with heaters and fans....comfy indeed! Only 5 minutes to church on Sunday, 7 minutes to a gas station and necessities , and only 15 minutes to all Old Forge has to offer. The owners have set aside the month of September 2015 for my annual retreat to this gem in the Adirondacks, "a world away" from where I live, closer to fresh air, clean water, nature out the front and back doors! My bags are packed, can't wait!!! .......Did I mention the Adirondack sunsets from the right of way,...they are a fascinating daily attraction to see.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Our family has stayed here during the month of August for years and look forward to each summer at this camp. Just the right size with everything one could want for a stay in the Old Forge area. The owners take great care and pride in the upkeep of this beautiful cottage. It's very clean and has a cozy feel to it the minute you walk through the door. The lake is a short walk away and backyard was big enough for our kids to run around and play. Not only is this camp a "world away" as it says in the title, but it's a world of difference when comparing it to others in the area. We'll return as often as we can. Highly recommended. A++++.”

“Our experience with this camp and it's owners get a 10+++ From start to finish it was a breeze. The owners couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. This camp is COMFORTABLE with lots of wonderful seating and sleeping. It is very clean and comes complete with linens and towels and that's a joy that most camps don't offer. The side and backyard are spacious with a fire pit...the owners supplied the wood! All in all this camp experience gets very high marks from my family and we thank the owners for a wonderful camp experience.”
