Smoking Policy: No indoor smoking under any circumstances. Outdoor smoking is permitted with reasonable care. Indoor smoking will result in the forfeiture of security deposit and the assessment of additional cleaning or deodorizing costs.

Cleaning Policy: Property will be delivered clean at the beginning of all rentals. There is no cleaning service during rental periods unless agreed to in advance.
Normal weekly kitchen and household trash removal is included.

Linen Policy: All rooms will be made up with clean linens at the beginning of all rentals. There is no linen service during rental periods unless agreed to in advance. Renters are responsible for bagging all linens and leaving them in laundry room at the end of each rental period.

Security Deposit Information: A deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your reservation, and will be held as security deposit until the end of the rental period.
Full payment of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Indoor smoking will result in the forfeiture of security deposit and the assessment of cleaning or deodorizing costs.
