If you are looking for a fun filled family vacation this summer White Lake is the place. Our private summer home is located on the north end of gorgeous spring fed White Lake in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Located 35 minutes from Utica, 90 minutes from Syracuse & 20 minutes from Old Forge.

We have a full eat-in kitchen with all the amenities. Included is a dishwasher, oven, stove, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, full size fridge/freezer. Also provided are a full size washer & dryer. …

The main camp which is mainly walled in knotty pine has a bathroom with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, large closet & chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a full size bed, large closet & chest of drawers. The main camp also has a large family/great room with flat screen TV & satellite dish and extra sitting area. There is a super large size sectional sofa that does pull out to a sleeper. Feel free to enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Also there is a large screened-in porch that over looks the lake with tons of seating. Excellent spot for drinking your morning coffee.

The separate camp "the cottage" is also included and has 2 bedrooms with full size beds & a full bathroom with a bathtub & shower.

Off of the screened-in porch are the stairs that lead to the lake. At the water there are 2 sets of docks that you can jump or dive off of. You can either walk into the water slowly or jump right in off of the docks (it's deep enough off the end of the dock to dive right in). Also provided are 2 kayaks & a SUP paddle board.

We also provide outdoor chairs & a table down on the docks.

Also, by the entrance to the camp (off of Rt. 28) there is a cook-out/play area. We provide a gas grill, table & chairs. Feel free to bring a volleyball net if you like. Also the is a fire pit so you can sit around at night tell stories & roast marshmallows.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. There will be a pet fee of $200 per week which covers up to 2 dogs.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking.
Cleaning Policy: We ask you to leave our home as you found it with the exception of normal bed linen washing and dusting. Renter is to clean floors, vacuum, wash/dry towels, clean kitchen & bathrooms and put things back where you found them. Trash is to be secured in trash cans provided and put out to the road on pick up day. Cleaning supplies & vacuum are provided. Trash bags, dish liquid & sponge, dishwasher liquid are provided. A $250 fee will be held from the security deposit if the home requires extra cleaning.
Linen Policy: Linens are provided including bath towels, sheets, pillows & some blankets.
Security Deposit Information: A $500 refundable security deposit is required upon booking. Full payment is due at check-in. Owner will refund the security deposit, minus charges for any damages or extra cleaning, within 2 weeks of the end of the rental. If you cancel your reservation less then 30 days prior to arrival then your security deposit will not be refunded.
