Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking indoors.

Cleaning Policy: Renters are responsible for clean-up at the conclusion of their stay, but have the option of contracting outside cleaning services (i.e. Linda Dolbeck highly recommended: 518-585-2128). Vacuums, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer provided.

Linen Policy: Renters can bring their own sheets (i.e. king size & XL twins) and pillows if they prefer or they can use the "house" sets, which must be cleaned, dried and folded before departure. Note that "beach" towels are not provided.

Security Deposit Information: 10% is due immediately to secure reserved week(s). 50% is due 90 days prior to rental. The remaining 40% plus 4% Warren County Rent Tax and $1000 security deposit is due on the 1st day of rental. The $1000 security deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 business days, providing no damage is done to house & property.
