Lucky 7 Lodge is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront home on 2 private acres with over 200' of lakefront, a sandy beach, and large dock. Lucky 7 Lodge is comfortably furnished, and full of rustic charm, with views of the lake from nearly every room. The home features a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, antler chandelier, rustic staircase and fully stocked kitchen. Each room is decorated in traditional Adirondack style with rustic furnishings and carpets, antique decorative items and … quality linens. Great for families or couples.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and has a queen size log bed, full bath with tub, and walk-in closet. A half bath and laundry room are also located on the first floor. There is a full bath with shower upstairs and two bedrooms- one with a queen bed and set of Adirondack style bunk beds, and one with two twins and a double bed. In addition, there is a finished basement with an additional tv/rec area and full bath. A bunkhouse is available during the summer months with one set of bunk beds.

At the back of the home, and facing the lake, is a large deck with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. There is a fire pit on the beach and a large dock, as well as a stone patio seating area with Adirondack chairs. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for use.

Rainbow Lake features 25 miles of pristine interconnecting waterways including Lake Kushaqua, Clear Pond, and Buck Pond. It is a quiet lake and is excellent for power boating, canoeing, kayaking, wildlife viewing, stargazing and swimming. The lake is periodically stocked, ensuring great fishing.

Rainbow Lake is a short ride to Lake Placid (30 min) the highest peaks in the Adirondack Mountains (35 min), Whiteface Mountain for downhill skiing (35 min), and Saranac Lake (15 min). Also nearby are:

* Paul Smiths Visitors Center with an interpretive center, hiking and x-country trails, and Adirondack history.
* White Pine Camp, the summer home of President Calvin Coolidge, with Saturday tours in summer of this historic Great Camp.
* Donnelly's famous homemade ice cream stand.

Lucky 7 Lodge is equipped with three televisions, Rokue, dvd player, wireless internet, ping pong table, books, games, dvds and Adirondack guidebooks and maps.

Rates

Rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday, July and August only. Check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am.
July and August- $3,350 per week
In addition, a 5% Franklin County occupancy tax will be added to your rental fee.

Half of the rent is due at signing, with the balance, cleaning fee, security deposit and occupancy tax paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Renters are responsible for cleaning up dog waste on lawn.

Smoking Policy: There is no smoking permitted indoors or in the bunk house.

Cleaning Policy: There is a cleaning fee of $200. Please strip the beds, place sheets and towels in the laundry room, and start one load before leaving.

Linen Policy: Linens are included. There are several sets of sheets for each bed and ample towels in each bathroom, as well as beach towels.

Security Deposit Information: There is a $500 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival, to be returned after departure, minus the cost of any damages or missing items. (We are happy to say we have never had any issues in the past!)
