Our house is set on several wooded acres and the two abutting properties are undeveloped, giving you maximum privacy amongst Adirondack woodlands. Relax on our dock and float, and enjoy excellent swimming in the pristine waters of one of the Adirondack's cleanest lakes!
Relax in the morning and afternoon sunshi …ne on the large deck; grill for dinner; and listen to the loons at night. The house setting is so secluded you feel as though you are completely alone in the woods, even though you are only 15 minutes from Tupper Lake, the nearest town.
Our house is spacious, with four bedrooms, a cedar-paneled great room and dining room, kitchen, a dining porch, and a large recreation room. The master bedroom overlooks the lake. Three additional bedrooms bring lots of sleeping space and comfort; one room has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in each of the other bedrooms. A fold out futon in the recreation room can also be used for sleeping. There is a stone fireplace for cold nights and central heating as well. Two bathrooms and a washer/dryer complete the picture.
The house has a lawn for playing games, a wildflower garden, and is surrounded by mature trees. Two canoes and two kayaks are available. Wifi is high speed and easy to access. Many amenities in the well-appointed kitchen make your stay easy, including dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and coffee maker. We also have cable TV, a DVD/VCR player, a stereo with tape deck and CD player for your enjoyment.
Gull Pond is a beautiful lake stocked annually with salmon, trout and other fish; motorboats are not allowed, bringing quiet and tranquility to your vacation. Enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, boating, and other outdoors activities - most are less than 15 minutes away and the house is stocked with lots of information and maps.
