Pet Policy: Small dogs may be allowed, all pets must be approved on an individual basis. Please include a request for pets in your inquiry. There will be a $150 pet cleaning fee added to the weekly charge.

Smoking Policy: Smoking allowed in screened porch or on decks. Absolutely no smoking indoors.

Cleaning Policy: Renters are responsible for cleaning so that house and property are left in the same condition as at start of rental. Cleaning supplies will be available for use.

Linen Policy: We request that renters please bring their own linens. Linens can be provided (bedding/towels) for an additional fee of $100 for the week. Please let us know if you would like to include the use of our linens for the week in your request. This helps us manage our cleaning/washing schedule. thank you!

Security Deposit Information: Security deposit of $500 required, refundable within a week of rental termination less charges, if any, for linen use, cleaning, or damage.
